Ventures
Projects on a path to becoming real companies. Real users, real revenue potential, real stakes.
Archipelag.io Live
Decentralized AI compute platform. Run AI workloads on a network of community-operated GPU hosts — fast, fair, and local. Jobs route to nearby hosts for lower latency, data stays in your region for compliance, and hosts earn directly for the compute they provide. No cloud provider markups.
Cyanea Live
The open community for life science research. Share datasets, protocols, and experiments with version control and citation tracking. Rust-powered analysis stack with browser-based WASM tools, multi-format support (FASTA, FASTQ, VCF, CSV), and full provenance tracking. Open-source, self-hostable, federation-ready.
Humankind. In active development
Human continuity platform for preserving presence across generations. Humankind. helps people build a living archive of voice, stories, memories, values, and relational warmth so the texture of a person remains accessible long after distance, aging, or death would otherwise erase it. Consent-first, privacy by default, and explicit about the difference between recorded truth, reconstruction, and inference.
Arcanist In active development
High-performance Haskell tooling, built in Rust. Home of hx (a unified Haskell package manager with managed toolchains and 5.6x faster cold builds) and bhc (an alternative Haskell compiler with runtime profiles, WebAssembly support, and tensor-native numerics). Modern workflows, no ecosystem fragmentation.
Flagship and serious builds
Infrastructure, tooling, and systems I maintain with production intent. These solve real problems I hit repeatedly.
Zentinel Stable
Guardian of the Free Web. A security-first reverse proxy built on Cloudflare’s Pingora framework. Memory-safe by default, explicit configuration over hidden defaults, and an isolated agent architecture for extensibility without compromising proxy stability. 20+ security agents, SDKs in 7 languages, a pure Rust ModSecurity reimplementation, and a fleet management control plane.
Conflux In active development
Schema-aware config state coordination. Multiple writers, deterministic merge, git milestones. A CRDT document engine with pluggable storage backends (SQLite, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB).
hx In active development
An extremely fast Haskell package and project manager, written in Rust. Unified build, test, run, format, and lint with managed toolchains and sub-second response times. Designed to replace the fragmented Haskell tooling ecosystem with a single, cohesive tool.
bhc In active development
The Basel Haskell Compiler. A next-generation Haskell compiler and runtime targeting predictable, low-latency performance. Structured concurrency primitives, a tensor-native numeric pipeline for ML workloads, and a runtime designed for systems where GC pauses are unacceptable.
Shiioo (CO) In active development
The Virtual Company OS. Agentic enterprise orchestrator with DAG workflows, event sourcing, MCP tools, and a categorized skill registry with git import.
Sango In active development
Edge diagnostics for the modern web. An operator-grade CLI that performs comprehensive endpoint analysis in a single command — TLS inspection, HTTP protocol detection (HTTP/1.1, HTTP/2, HTTP/3), security headers, latency measurements, and technology stack identification.
Ushio In active development
Deterministic edge traffic replay for understanding WAF and proxy behavior. Capture traffic as HAR files, rewrite URLs for staging/production comparison, mutate headers, strip cookies, and diff WAF responses across environments.
Vela In active development
No-downtime app deployment on bare metal. One binary. No containers. A self-hosted PaaS alternative to Heroku, Fly.io, Coolify, and Kamal — built in Rust with zero-downtime deploys and a built-in reverse proxy.
Refrakt In active development
A convention-first web framework for Gleam. Productive like Phoenix, explicit like Gleam, composable with Wisp and Lustre. Full-stack code generation, CRUD scaffolding, and a batteries-included developer experience on the BEAM.
Labs / passion projects
Exploratory builds, side quests, and things I work on because they are interesting. Some will graduate to flagship. Some will stay fun forever. No pressure either way.
Terrarium In active development
A societal simulation engine where LLM-powered agents form emergent civilizations. Create worlds with rules, populate them with autonomous agents, and observe what develops organically. Beliefs over facts — property exists only as subjective conviction.
Driftscape In active development
Ambient soundscape platform — composable, location-aware, AI-powered background music.
robogym Very early
Rust/Bevy PWA for training robotic agents. Democratizing robotics through browser-based simulation.
Paw & Claw In active development
Woodland Wars. A turn-based tactics game featuring animal factions battling for territory — HD-2D-stylized, spiritual successor to Advance Wars, built with Rust/Bevy.
Kurumi In active development
A local-first second brain. Your ideas, everywhere, offline. Wikilinks, backlinks, graph visualization, full-text search — completely offline-first with optional sync via Automerge CRDTs. No vendor lock-in.
Awesomeify In active development
Index GitHub repos and generate static awesome-list sites.
Learn You the Web In progress
A friendly guide to how the web actually works. For Real This Time. HTTP, DNS, TLS, and the protocols that hold it all together — without the hand-waving or oversimplification.
